Extra space in the grass across the street which is part of the property and available for plenty of parking. Extra space in the side yard next to the house for cookouts and yard games which are provided with rental. Splash pad for the swimming area makes it fun and safe for the whole family and is provided by owner. Boat dock is available to tie up single boat for loading and unloading passengers only (boat not included). Overnight and inclement weather tie up for boat is not available.

Summary: Great family place for my kids and their kids! Kayaked and pontooned off of the dock, side yard was super for lawn games. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all. Keith the property manager was excellent! Kitchen was very well equipped. It was our first attempt at a family vacation get together and was a huge success.

Summary: The house was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Lot of space in all the rooms, especially the kitchen. Outlets everywhere. Even the fishing was good. Nice place to sit out in the evenings and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. My friends and I rent a place every year and we all agreed that this place was a gem.
